About the brand

Carpegna is small village in central Italy which has given its name to a specialty prosciutto, just like Di Parma prosciutto. Its production dates back from the 13th century, when salt curing was the best way to preserve the meat. Carpegna is a low industrialised region which benefit from a micro climate ideal for salt curing. Even though it is less known than other prosciutto.

Our fleet of trucks delivers Monday to Friday between Santa Barbara and San Diego. Place your order before 5PM for next-day delivery. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery for orders placed after 5 PM.
