Principe Speck is a dry-cured smoked ham that has been lightly seasoned for a minimum of 22 weeks with delicate hints of flavor and spices. Meat tends to be a dark, rich color, with pale pink fat; Cured texture with alpine, smoked aroma. Mild/delicate flavor, not overly spiced, very natural and rustic.

The company started in 1945 in Italy and immediately faced a great success until becoming the first brand of San Daniel prosciutto in Italy. Principe started its expansion to the USA in 1999 to propose quality and antibiotic free Italian-style cured meat.
