Charles Gauguin, from the Loire Valley in France, arrived in the US at 27.

He started as an account executive with a fine food distributor. When the company collapsed, he joined Savory Gourmet, quickly becoming sales director.

In 2022, he became a partner and General Manager. By early 2024, he acquired Savory Gourmet and became its President.
