La Vecchia Dispensa is a small Italian manufacturer of fine balsamic Modena vinegar started four generations ago by the Tintori and Pelloni families. Balsamic vinegar is made with 100% late harvest Trebbiano and Lambrosco grapes and high quality red wine vinegar. It slowly ages in selected wood barrels and no caramel is added.
Our fleet of trucks delivers Monday to Friday between Santa Barbara and San Diego. Place your order before 5PM for next-day delivery. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery for orders placed after 5 PM.
