Le Guérandais Guérande Salt is produced by the ocean, sun and wind and is hand-harvested by salt workers, using skills and a method that are over a thousand years old. Flower of salt is naturally white, rare and of an outstanding quality. Its crystals are left uncrushed and unwashed to retain their naturally high quantity of trace elements.

About the brand

Le Guérandais is a small French farming cooperative specialized in the production of sea salt and fleur de sel. The workers still use the same traditional techniques used by workers 400 years before J.C. Guérande Salt is the only salt which receive the prestigious "Label Rouge" certification and is now recognized all around the world by chefs and families.

Our fleet of trucks delivers Monday to Friday between Santa Barbara and San Diego. Place your order before 5PM for next-day delivery. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery for orders placed after 5 PM.
