About the brand

O-Med is a young and dynamic company. In O-Med we try to combine our passion for extra virgin olive oil with the work, experience and traditions of our father Juan de Dios so as not to forget the families roots of the company. O-Med is a small olive mill based in Ácula (Granada). At O-Med we control all aspects of the production process from the harvest to bottling in the knowledge that this is the only way to guarantee our consumer the ultimate in quality. Our extra virgin olive oils are produced using the most cutting edge technology. They are very early harvested olives, rich in aromas and complex flavours. In order to create these wonderful flavors we use different and innovative techniques. - To avoid oxidation we conserve our oils with nitrogen - Olive stones used to produce energy thereby making the mill sustainable - Cold extraction no higher than 20ºC (69ºF) - Use of glass and recyclable packaging in all our containers - Innovative and exclusive designs - Vision and hard work

Our fleet of trucks delivers Monday to Friday between Santa Barbara and San Diego. Place your order before 5PM for next-day delivery. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery for orders placed after 5 PM.
