Alain Milliat is a former fruit farmer who is the pioneer of "fine juice": a juice that you do not only drink as a functional beverage but as a tasting experience. He wants you to feel like you are biting in the perfect fruit which earned him the nickname of "fruit sommelier". Started in 1997, the small company is now recognised by +50% of the Michelin star chefs in Paris and is now available in the finest establishments in more than 50 countries.

Our fleet of trucks delivers Monday to Friday between Santa Barbara and San Diego. Place your order before 5PM for next-day delivery. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery for orders placed after 5 PM.
