About the brand

Minus 8 is a family owned Vineyard in Niagara, Canada. Minus 8 is also the name off their first ice wine vinegar named after the temperature at which the grapes were harvested and pressed. The vinegar maker is also their wine maker, he thought to make vinegar from a batch for fun. Chefs loved it and wanted to buy it. There is now 12 vinegars and verjus.


Our fleet of trucks delivers Monday to Friday between Santa Barbara and San Diego. Place your order before 5PM for next-day delivery. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery for orders placed after 5 PM.
